Today, we have a success story from a patient that uses the Home Health Care service. This service provides people with disabilities to receive nursing assistance in the comfort of their own home. This is perfect for individuals that have just been discharged from the hospital, but need continued care, or for individuals that could use an extra pair of hands around the house.
Meet Kelly
We just had the pleasure of speaking with one of our patients, named Kelly S. She has been partaking in The Whole Person’s Home Health Care service for over 5 years. Learn why Kelly recommends The Whole Person for your home health needs.
A mother that lives alone, Kelly is a patient that needs to consume a large amount of prescriptions day by day. A couple years ago, she looked for help through Missouri and found The Whole Person.
“I didn’t have any complications getting in with the Home Health. I have to go through that state and that state gives you options of who to choose.”
A Friendly Nurse
Kelly was then assigned a nurse who would care for her. Her medicine was organized, and her vitals were regularly checked up on.
“I love [my nurse] Laurie,” Kelly said with a great smile.
“Laurie makes herself available to me 24 hours a day. If I have any problems, she is there.”
Our nurses are friendly to their patients and are people that you can trust. Kelly even considers her nurse, Laurie, as a great friend.
“If I just need somebody to talk to. She’s good about that.”
We also learned that Laurie “always goes above beyond.” The nurses at The Whole Person’s Home Health Care service will professionally take care of you, while ensuring that you are able to comfortably live at home.
